MASS partnered with Andela Kenya as they outgrew their space in Kilimani, Nairobi to adapt and renovate a former girls boarding school off Thika Road into their new dynamic tech campus to serve 600 fellows and staff.

The design focused on creating an open workspace for developers which is divided into smaller zones with the insertion of collaborative meeting spaces and “hack walls” where developers can brainstorm solutions collectively. The facade features large openings and custom breeze blocks to encourage connection and natural ventilation through the space.
