Our mission is to research, build, and advocate for architecture that promotes justice and human dignity.

Our first, largest, and longest-running project, is the design of our practice. We create a place for people to build careers doing mission-based work and we are proud to be building the largest, most diverse non-profit architecture and design firm in the world.

We investigate how architectural decisions affect lives at all scales—for inhabitants, clients, communities, and societies.
